Trusted Heating & Cooling Repair, Maintenance, & Installation for over 24 years in NC & SC
WHERE WE STARTED
Charlotte Comfort Systems Inc.
Founded in 1998 as Southside Heating & Cooling and purchased in March 2003 by Scott M. Shelton, Charlotte Comfort Systems continues to grow by always putting the customer first. This simple and meaningful approach to doing business is the result of Scott’s experience working in the HVAC (heating, cooling and indoor air quality) business, and seeing things in the industry he thought needed changing.
When Scott decided it was time to own his own Charlotte HVAC company, he decided to build his business on the values he had come to passionately believe in: personal, hands-on customer service, an emphasis on complete satisfaction, and performing services without any hidden costs or “surprises.” And unlike many similar companies, Charlotte Comfort Systems always follows-up on service after each sale. This benchmark of quality is just one reason why the vast majority of first-time customers consider themselves long-time customers of Charlotte Comfort Systems.
